Payment Options
We gladly accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, or instant transfer via PayPal. You need not have an account to use PayPal. We just use PayPal to process your transaction.
- Visa, MasterCard via Internet OR by phone. I will process your credit card manually. When ordering via internet, you are taken to a secure checkout, please enter your name/address associated with card and card number and 3 digit security code, I will then manually process your credit card transaction! See bottom of page for phone number.
Shipping Policy:
All items will be shipped upon receipt and verification of payment, usually within 4-5 days when paying by paypal or credit card. If you wish to have your items shipped priority mail, you must contact me for shipping prices.
Standard UPSP Shipping --A standard rate of $2.55 per order.
*Note* If your item takes longer than expected to hand make, you will be notified with time frame for approval.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full refund (less shipping) within 10 days of shipping date. All items for full refund must be returned in original condition, not used or damaged. A refund will be issued as soon as the returned item is received and no time sooner. You may insure your return, or put a tracking on it, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Replacement Policy
If your item does not fit, you may send it back within 10 days of shipping date. Shipping costs are customers responsibility. A replacement will be handmade and reshipped, at our costs, to you.
