Here are the most frequent questions I have been asked, please read first, and if these don't answer you questions, feel free to contact me.
Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. If ordering a piece of jewelry for yourself, use a tape measure and measure the area you will wear your jewelry and find your measurement in inches. If ordering a choker or necklace, you may want to add 1/2" or 1" to length for a better fit!
Another way is to take a piece of your favorite jewelry and measure it, you can even use a ruler if necessary. You can also do this if you are ordering for someone other than you.
Q. Is hemp comfortable to wear?
A. Yes, it is. I believe it is comfortable to wear. Some with more sensitive skin might find it somewhat stiff at first, but after a short period of time wearing it, the hemp loosens a bit and is very comfortable.
Q. If I see a bracelet I like, but didn't care for the shape or color of bead, can I switch beads?
A. Absolutely! All you will have to do is contact me and let me know what you want! I plan on having a custom page with different styles and beads soon, which will give you more choices.
Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. I accept visa and MasterCard through pay pal. You do not have to have a account with pay pal to send payment, I just use them to process the credit card. You may also call me with your credit card information, and I can manually process it. I also accept checks and money orders. Please see my order information page for more ordering information.
Q. What is #20 test hemp mean?.
A. #20 test hemp means the thickness of the hemp. Here is an example of 3 different size hemp that I use. hemp thickness
